- Break the angel food cake into small pieces and line the bottom and sides of a tube pan.
- Mix the vanilla pudding and milk according to the package instructions.
- Stir the drained crushed pineapple into the pudding mixture.
- Pour the pudding and pineapple mixture into the cake-lined pan and spread evenly, pressing into the cake.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
- Turn the cake onto a serving plate and ice the top and sides with whipped topping.
- Sprinkle with coconut and garnish with maraschino cherries.
