- Chill the crust while preparing the filling.
- In a medium bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix and milk; beat with an electric mixer at low speed for 2 minutes.
- Fold in 1 cup of thawed whipped topping and coconut; spread over the chocolate layer.
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer.
- Cover and freeze the pie until firm but not frozen.
- To serve, hull strawberries and cut them in half.
- Arrange the strawberries on top of the pie before serving.
