Deluxe Pineapple Dessert

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice bananas in a 2-quart Pyrex dish.
  2. Sprinkle pineapple chunks on top of bananas.
  3. Mix water and cornstarch; pour over fruit.
  4. Melt oleo, then add cornflakes, coconut and brown sugar. Mix well.
  5. Pour over fruit and bake for 20 minutes or until hot at 375°.
