Ingredients

  • 8 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley (dry or fresh)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch and 1 Tbsp. water
  • Italian grated Romano cheese
  • 1 lb. tubettini or orzo pasta

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil.
  2. Add butter, salt, pepper and parsley. In another pot, cook pasta until tender.
  3. Add drained pasta to water mixture.
  4. Bring to boil again.
