Sweet and crunchy dessert nachos featuring graham crackers or vanilla wafers layered with whipped topping and fresh fruit, perfect for a quick, colorful treat suitable for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 11 graham crackers or 50 to 60 vanilla wafers
  • 3 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped kiwi fruit
  • strawberry, butterscotch or caramel topping

Instructions

  1. Break the graham crackers or vanilla wafers in half.
  2. Mark a diagonal line on each half with a knife; break apart to form triangles.
  3. Place half of the triangles in a single layer on a serving plate.
  4. Spread evenly with half of the whipped topping.
  5. Top with half of the chopped strawberries and chopped kiwi fruit.
  6. Drizzle with strawberry, butterscotch, or caramel topping.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
