Ingredients

  • 2 chocolate sq. (unsweetened)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. Spry
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine water, Spry and chocolate squares; melt.
  2. Mix sugar, egg, salt, baking powder, baking soda, milk and flour.
  3. Add chocolate mixture.
  4. Add milk if too thick.
  5. Should be very watery. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Delicious a day after.
