Ingredients

  • 4 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork.
  3. Add salt, pepper, dry mustard, and mayonnaise to the yolks.
  4. Mix until well blended.
  5. Refill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
