Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup creamed cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream-style horseradish

Instructions

  1. Halve the eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add creamed cottage cheese, skim milk, and cream-style horseradish to the mashed yolks and mix well.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the halved egg whites.
  5. Top each deviled egg with a sprinkle of paprika or dry minced parsley.
