- Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Add chopped walnuts to the dry ingredients and stir.
- In the blender, combine sugar, softened butter, egg, bananas, and milk; cover and blend for 8 to 15 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients and stir until all ingredients are well moistened.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and cool on a rack before slicing.
