Deviled Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- 2 lbs cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined ⓘ
- 1 medium red onion, sliced ⓘ
- 1 cup black olives, sliced ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento ⓘ
- 1/2 cup lemon juice ⓘ
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon salt ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar ⓘ
- 1 dried bay leaf ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes ⓘ
- 1 dash cayenne pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Toss together and chill.
- Remove bay leaf before serving.
