Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 c bread flour
  • 3/4 c water at 85°F
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp Philadelphia low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp diet mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c dried onion flakes
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Add active dry yeast, sugar, and a pinch of salt to the bread machine.
  2. Pour in 2 cups of bread flour and 3/4 cup of water at 85°F.
  3. Add 1 egg white, 2 tablespoons of low-fat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of diet mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of dried onion flakes, and 1 tablespoon of crunched parsley flakes.
  4. Set the bread machine to the medium baking setting and start the cycle.
  5. Bake until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
