Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. fully cooked, smoked ham slice (1-inch thick)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 3 c. hot, cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Place the ham in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch microwaveproof dish.
  2. Mix sour cream and mustard in a large bowl; stir in hot cooked rice, raisins, and sliced green onions.
  3. Spoon the rice mixture around the ham in the dish.
  4. Cover tightly and microwave on Medium-high (70%) for 5 minutes.
  5. Rotate the dish 1/2 turn and microwave until hot, 4 to 6 minutes longer.
