- Combine dry milk, cinnamon, flour, Sweet 'N Low and baking soda.
- Set aside. Combine vanilla, eggs, pumpkin, carrots and raisins; mix well.
- Add to dry mixture. Bake in muffin tins.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Makes 12 small muffins or 8 large, 6 or 4 for each serving.
