Dijon Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. baby carrots
  • water
  • 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots in saucepan of water until tender.
  2. Drain and keep warm.
  3. Combine butter, mustard, honey and ginger.
  4. Mix well. Pour sauce over carrots and mix to coat.
