Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Remove fat from the lamb.
  2. Blend Dijon mustard, soy sauce, mashed garlic, thyme, and powdered ginger together.
  3. Beat in olive oil drop by drop until well combined.
  4. Use a rubber spatula to paint the marinade onto the lamb.
