Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts, skinned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, dill weed, and curry powder.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
