Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mandarin peel, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mandarin juice
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the plain yogurt or mayonnaise, lemon juice, mandarin peel, mandarin juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Let stand for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Use as a salad dressing for pasta or greens.
  4. Also suitable as a dressing for cold chicken or fish.
