Ingredients

  • 6 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 cups shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins
  • 1 oz. cinnamon
  • 3 cups cooked apples
  • 1 quart buttermilk
  • 1 3/4 cups brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Roll out the mixture like biscuits.
  3. Place the biscuits on a cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
