Creamy, cheesy mashed potatoes infused with roasted garlic and Brie, perfect as a comforting side dish for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 potatoes
  • 1 head garlic
  • 2 wedges Brie cheese
  • 1 cube butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Boil peeled garlic and potatoes together until tender.
  2. Mash potatoes and garlic together until smooth.
  3. Melt Brie cheese and margarine together until well combined.
  4. Add melted Brie and margarine to the mashed potatoes and garlic.
  5. Mix well until creamy and combined.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot.
