Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine or butter in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in the flour, salt, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the milk, cooking and stirring until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and dried dill weed.
