Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c. vinegar and oil dressing
  • 1/2 bunch fresh chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Lightly sauté mushrooms in butter.
  2. Do not brown.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and drain.
  4. Mix with remaining ingredients and marinate overnight or longer in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve cold.
