- Combine bread crumbs, milk, the beaten egg, chopped onion, melted butter, and salt until the crumbs are moistened.
- Add the drained and flaked salmon and mix thoroughly.
- Turn the mixture into a greased 8-inch pie plate.
- Prepare instant mashed potatoes according to package directions, omitting the milk, and beat in the remaining egg.
- Spoon the mashed potatoes around the edge of the pie.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Serve wedges with warm Dill Sauce.
