A creamy spinach dip served in a bread bowl, perfect for sharing at parties. Rich flavors of sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, and chopped spinach make it irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, vegetable soup mix, chopped onion, and thawed chopped spinach in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Next day, cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside by pulling out small chunks of bread.
  3. Cut the removed top of the bread into pieces to serve alongside.
  4. Spoon the prepared dip mixture into the hollowed-out bread loaf.
  5. Arrange the bread pieces around the bread bowl on a large plate or platter.
  6. Dip pieces of bread into the dip inside the bread bowl and enjoy.
