Ingredients

  • 3 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup cooked ham cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green pepper thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine hot cooked rice and margarine in a bowl.
  2. Toss lightly to mix.
  3. Add cooked ham, pineapple chunks, green pepper slices, and barbecue sauce; mix well.
  4. Place individual servings of rice mixture on squares of foil.
  5. Bring the corners of the foil together and twist to seal.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
