Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lean boneless stew meat
  • 1 can reduced fat cream mushroom soup
  • 4 oz. can undrained mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 can undrained peas and carrots
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a well greased baking dish.
  2. Cover and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 3 hours.
  3. Do not open the oven during baking.
  4. Serve with bread, rice, or crackers.
