Soft, fluffy icebox rolls with a hint of sweetness and buttery richness, perfect for breakfast or dinner sides, suited for family gatherings or casual meals.

Instructions
- Cream shortening and sugar; add salt and boiling water.
- Beat egg and add to the mixture.
- Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Cover and put in the icebox.
- Make out rolls about 2 hours before baking.
- Put on a greased pan and brush with melted butter.
- Let rise in a warm place.
- Bake in oven at 400° to 425° until light brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
