Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix rice, cans of tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, salt, and pepper in a large baking dish.
- Lay the butterfly chops on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, turn the chops over.
- Cover again and bake for another 30 minutes.
