Ingredients

  • 1 (10-inch) angel food cake
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3 (3 oz.) packages Jell-O
  • 2 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Break the angel food cake into pieces and place them in the bottom of a 15 x 12-inch pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in the Cool Whip.
  3. Make the Jell-O with the 3 packages using 2 1/2 cups boiling water, stirring until dissolved, then add frozen berries after Jell-O is dissolved.
