Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 block butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: Bisquick, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Make a well in the center and add the liquid ingredients: oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Immediately after removing from the oven, drizzle melted butter over the top.
