Ingredients

  • 25 oz. package Riches frozen dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 package butterscotch pudding (not instant)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Karo dark syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a well-greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan, distribute chopped nuts evenly over the bottom of the pan.
  2. Place a single layer of Riches frozen dinner rolls on top of the nuts.
  3. Sprinkle half of the dry butterscotch pudding over the rolls.
  4. Melt the stick of butter.
  5. Add brown sugar, Karo dark syrup, and cinnamon to the melted butter and mix well.
  6. Pour this mixture over the rolls and sprinkle with raisins.
  7. Cover with a damp towel and let sit overnight.
  8. Bake in a 350°F oven for 35 minutes.
  9. Turn the pan upside down to cool before serving.
