Instructions
- Sift flour with soda and salt; set aside.
- Add both sugars gradually to shortening, creaming well.
- Blend in egg and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in cornflakes, oats and coconut.
- Shape by teaspoon into balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Flatten with bottom of a glass dipped in flour.
- When cookies are cool, put two cookies together with a good fudge frosting.
