Ingredients

  • 2 pt. blueberries
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 pie crust shells

Instructions

  1. Brown 2 pie crust shells.
  2. In the first browned crust, add 1 pint of blueberries, 3 tablespoons of margarine, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.
  3. Cut the second browned crust and arrange it over the first layer.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients (blueberries, margarine, sugar, vanilla) over the second crust.
  5. Cover with an uncooked pie crust.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 40 to 50 minutes.
