Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon or yellow cake mix (pudding included)
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spray a Bundt pan with cooking spray and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, instant lemon pudding, eggs, and water.
  4. Beat all ingredients together for 4 minutes.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the cake tests done with a toothpick.
  7. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Turn out onto a plate and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar or glaze before serving.
