Ingredients

  • 6 oz. raspberry Jell-O
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 cup jelly (any red flavor)
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 10 oz. Birds Eye red raspberries

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O, salt, and jelly in boiling water.
  2. Measure 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture and set aside.
  3. Add frozen raspberries to the remaining gelatin and stir until berries separate and mixture thickens.
  4. Pour the raspberry gelatin mixture into a 1-quart ring mold.
  5. Chill until the gelatin is firm.
  6. Blend the reserved gelatin with sour cream and chill.
  7. Unmold the ring mold onto a serving platter.
  8. Beat the sour cream mixture until smooth and creamy.
  9. Serve the sour cream in the center of the ring mold.
