Double Trouble Fudge
Rich and creamy double-layer fudge blending semi-sweet and milk chocolates, perfect for chocolate lovers and ideal for sharing at parties or as a sweet gift.

- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with 2/3 cup of the sweetened condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of the cream, and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla.
- Remove from heat when thoroughly melted and spread evenly into a foil-lined 9-inch square pan.
- In another saucepan over low heat, combine the remaining ingredients and heat until thoroughly melted.
- Remove from heat; spread evenly over the layer already in the pan.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Turn fudge out onto a cutting board and slice into appropriate pieces.
