Rich and creamy double-layer fudge blending semi-sweet and milk chocolates, perfect for chocolate lovers and ideal for sharing at parties or as a sweet gift.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1 (11 1/2 oz.) package milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with 2/3 cup of the sweetened condensed milk, 1 tablespoon of the cream, and 1 teaspoon of the vanilla.
  2. Remove from heat when thoroughly melted and spread evenly into a foil-lined 9-inch square pan.
  3. In another saucepan over low heat, combine the remaining ingredients and heat until thoroughly melted.
  4. Remove from heat; spread evenly over the layer already in the pan.
  5. Chill for 2 hours.
  6. Turn fudge out onto a cutting board and slice into appropriate pieces.
