Ingredients

  • oleo
  • cookies
  • spanish peanuts
  • vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Smash Oreo cookies into small pieces.
  2. Mix 1 stick of melted oleo with the crushed cookies and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Spread vanilla ice cream evenly over the cookie layer.
  4. Sprinkle Spanish peanuts over the ice cream.
  5. Pour fudge sauce over the peanuts.
  6. Spread Cool Whip over the fudge sauce.
  7. Freeze until the dessert is firm.
  8. Cut into small squares and serve.
