Ingredients

  • 12 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet relish
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp. chives
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • salad dressing
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half and take out yolks.
  2. Mash yolks with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add sweet relish, celery seed, chives, sugar, and just enough salad dressing to achieve the desired smoothness.
  4. Use a knife to put the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle the tops with salt and pepper to taste.
