Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. syrup
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°.
  2. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Beat all ingredients except bacon and 1 cup cheese with a hand beater. Pour into the pan.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle pancake with bacon and cheese.
  6. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 3 to 4 minutes.
