Ingredients

  • 8 pt. corn, cut off cob
  • 1/2 c. sweet cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the corn on top of the stove on low heat for 20 minutes or more, stirring often to prevent sticking and scorching.
  2. Transfer the cooked corn to a dryer and stir often as it dries.
  3. Store in the freezer if kept for any length of time.
