Ingredients

  • 3 to 5 lb. roast
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Place seasoned roast in roasting pan.
  2. Add water and bouillon cubes.
  3. Cover and cook at 200° to 250°, 10 to 12 hours.
