Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons anise
  • 8 teaspoons baking powder
  • 5 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs very well (about 10 minutes).
  2. Add sugar, oil, milk, and anise; mix well.
  3. Add baking powder and flour; mix thoroughly.
  4. Lightly flour a cookie sheet (one time only).
  5. Drop cookies by tablespoon onto the prepared sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
