Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • chopped onion
  • 1 to 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • cracker crumbs
  • 2 cans beer
  • 1 bottle ketchup

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger with next six ingredients into meatballs and set aside.
  2. Bring the 2 cans of beer and ketchup to boiling.
  3. Place meatballs into boiling soup; reduce heat to simmer.
  4. Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
