Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/4 cup sherry or water

Instructions

  1. Place turkey breast in crock-pot, skin side up.
  2. Drizzle melted butter over turkey breast.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, tarragon, and paprika.
  4. Pour sherry or water into crock-pot.
  5. Cook on high setting for 1 hour, then on low for 6 to 7 hours.
  6. Make gravy with drippings before serving.
