Instructions
- Combine sugar, milk, and water in a bowl.
- Add beaten egg white and mix thoroughly to coat the pecans.
- Line a jelly roll sheet with aluminum foil.
- Arrange the coated pecans in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
- Bake in a 275°F (135°C) oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and stir carefully to lift the pecans from the foil.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Repeat stirring and baking process two more times, totaling one hour.
- Remove from oven, allow to cool, then store in a tight jar.
