Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 packages yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 3 3/4 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. In a saucepan, melt milk, sugar, salt, and margarine.
  3. Set the mixture aside to cool.
  4. Combine the cooled milk mixture with the dissolved yeast.
  5. Add flour to the mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  6. Let the dough rise for about one hour until doubled in size.
  7. Shape the dough into approximately 18 rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in greased glass ovenware.
  9. Bake at 450°F (232°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
