Instructions
- Salt and pepper the duck.
- Place the duck in a Dutch oven on top of the stove.
- Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onions, bay leaf, oregano, and poultry seasoning.
- Add water to cover the ingredients.
- Cook for 3 1/2 hours.
- Debone the duck. Add water if necessary to keep it covered.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
