Ingredients

  • 1 duck, cleaned
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 onions
  • Bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the duck.
  2. Place the duck in a Dutch oven on top of the stove.
  3. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onions, bay leaf, oregano, and poultry seasoning.
  4. Add water to cover the ingredients.
  5. Cook for 3 1/2 hours.
  6. Debone the duck. Add water if necessary to keep it covered.
  7. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
