Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked sausage (1 to 2 inch slices)
  • 4 sliced fresh peppers
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp parsley

Instructions

  1. In a baking dish, add hot sausage and all other ingredients.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Serve hot.
