Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cans beef consomme
  • 2 cans French onion soup
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small jar mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix rice, beef consomme, and French onion soup together and put in a casserole dish.
  2. Put 4 tablespoons of butter on top of the rice mixture.
  3. Lay drained mushrooms on top.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit; if the dish is still juicy, cook longer.
