Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 cucumbers
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dill seed
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumbers.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. Rinse and drain the cucumbers.
  4. Combine the chopped onion, sour cream, vinegar, dill seed, and sugar in a bowl.
  5. Toss the cucumbers with the sour cream mixture.
  6. Serve chilled.
