  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 4 cups cooked green beans

Instructions

  1. Cut bacon into small pieces.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp and drain.
  3. Cook sliced onion in a small amount of bacon fat until clear.
  4. Add cooked green beans, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the onion and bacon.
  5. Heat until hot.
  6. Turn into a serving dish and garnish with crisp bacon.
